ABSF is a project financed by the Kingdom of the Netherlands Embassy in Ethiopia and housed by the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce. Among others, the objective of the project is to increase the entrepreneurial and technical capacity of young Ethiopian entrepreneurs and graduates. One of the mechanisms to support the young entrepreneurs is by providing practical skills and training for BSc and MSc graduates at agribusiness companies. In this initial phase, twenty five applicants will get financial assistance as matching fund and for training. Employing companies provide financial assistance matched by assistance from the ABSF. The financial support is provided to cover all the necessary expenses, such as travel, accommodation and subsistence.
ABSF has accordingly finalized the prerequisites required to register the university graduates in BSc or MSc degrees from Haramaya, Hawassa, Jimma, and Ambo universities in Agri-business oriented fields of studies. Interested applicants (host companies and interns) can apply online. Application forms and detail eligibility criteria and registration procedure are available at www.addischamber.com/absf
